Compliance Officer

Responsibilities: Develop and implement a compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with local laws - Determine compliance metrics and establish a system for tracking them - Remain up-to-date on laws related to the organization and update policies accordingly - Remain up-to-date on topics related to sanctions and AML that can affect the Group and suggest controls to become compliant - Perform compliance audits to determine whether established protocols are being followed and where they can be improved - Maintain up-to-date written documentation and policies related to the organization's business activities - Promptly escalate any detected breach of compliance along the chain of command - Create compliance resource library for staff members to reference when they have questions

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Risk Management or equivalent - A minimum of four years of relevant experience (insurance experience is a plus) - Attention to details - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Strong knowledge of industry protocols and best practices - Excellent analytical skills - Strong time management and organizational skills
